Mobility, Posture & Pain

Mobility, flexibility, back pain, posture, knee pain, tendons and modern pain science explained without miracle corrections.
About this classroom
Pain and movement content often creates fear by blaming one posture, tight muscle or imperfect scan. This classroom provides a calmer framework based on capacity, graded activity, diagnosis and red flags.
Where the evidence stands: Exercise and education help many musculoskeletal problems, but no single programme fits every diagnosis and serious warning signs need clinical assessment.
What you will learn

Frequently asked
- Is poor posture causing my pain?
- Not necessarily. Posture may affect comfort in a task, but there is no single perfect posture that prevents pain.
- Should I rest back pain?
- Prolonged bed rest is usually unhelpful; appropriately modified activity is commonly recommended.
- Is stretching enough for tendon pain?
- Usually not. Progressive loading and diagnosis are more important than forcing range.
