Editorial policy
Vivera Education is written and edited by Ryan Lowe, founder and editor of Vivera Education. He researches and writes every lesson on the site, working from primary research - trials, systematic reviews and regulator guidance - rather than from other health-content sites. He is not a doctor, dietitian or other registered clinician, holds no clinical qualification, and does not give medical advice; where a question needs one, the lessons say so and point you to a professional.
We do not have a medical reviewer. No doctor, dietitian, pharmacist or other registered clinician reviews this content before publication. Larger health publishers do have that, it is a real advantage, and we are not going to imply we have it too.
How a lesson gets written
- Start from the primary research, not from other people's articles.
- Mechanism first - explain how a thing is thought to work before saying whether it does.
- Grade the evidence explicitly. The grade describes how far the research has gone; it is not a safety rating and not a statement that anything is approved.
- Say where the evidence stops. Every guide carries a section on what is not known.
What we will not publish
- Doses for research compounds - not community figures, not vendor figures, not animal doses converted to human equivalents.
- Administration instructions: how to reconstitute, where to inject, how to run a cycle.
- Sourcing: no vendors, no suppliers, no purchasing advice. We sell nothing.
- Efficacy or treatment claims for unlicensed compounds.
Corrections
We will get things wrong. Tell us through the contact form and we will fix the lesson and update its last-reviewed date. We do not silently delete text and pretend it was never there.
Independence
No advertising, no sponsored content, no affiliate links, no paywall. We do not claim to have no commercial interest of any kind: Vivera Education is run by the same owner as a separate commercial business, and while the two sites share no content, links or traffic, you are entitled to weigh that.
Educational content only. Not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your health regimen.
