FSH, LH, oestradiol, progesterone, testosterone, prolactin and AMH answer different fertility questions.
Timing in the menstrual cycle changes interpretation. AMH relates to ovarian reserve but does not by itself predict natural conception or egg quality.
Fertility assessment considers both partners and clinical history, not one “fertility hormone panel”.
